Terms and Conditions
Welcome to 3 Girls Travel Adventures (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking and Payment
• ALL bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of confirmation, depending on the travel supplier’s policies.
• PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE until the booking is finalized.
• FINAL payment due dates vary and MUST be met to avoid cancellation or penalties.
2. Credit/Debit Card Authorization
• By providing your credit or debit card information for payment, you authorize 3 Girls Travel Adventures and its authorized travel suppliers to charge the specified amount for your deposit, final payment, full booking total, and/ or any other payment for your travel expenses. Permission will be requested prior to each payment with new cc authorization form.
• You acknowledge that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use the card for travel related purchases. An authorization form will be provided.
• Charges will appear under the name of the travel supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, cruise line) rather than 3 Girls Travel Adventures.
• All payments are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the relevant travel supplier. Chargebacks or disputes submitted after knowingly authorizing a travel transaction may be challenged and could result in legal follow up.
• Any declined or failed payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and may be subject to fees or penalties.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation policies are set by the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator and/ or any other travel supplier. We will share those policies prior to or at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable may take 6–8 weeks to process and are subject to the supplier’s terms.
4. Travel Documentation
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents including valid passports, visas, health certificates, Real Id, license, birth certificates and any other entry requirements are obtained in advance of travel.
• 3 Girls Travel Adventures will assist by providing guidance and information to the best of their ability regarding documentation requirements. However, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to confirm and secure the necessary documents based on their citizenship, destination, and travel itinerary.
• 3 Girls Travel Adventures is not responsible for any issues, including denied boarding or entry, resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.
• Declining insurance coverage means you accept full responsibility for any associated losses. And you understand Travel Insurance has been made available to me and It is my responsibility to purchase on my own if I deny purchase of Travel Insurance from 3 Girls Travel Adventures
6. Errors and Omissions
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, 3 Girls Travel Adventures and Sherrie Ellsworth are not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions on this website or in communications. All information is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or revise details after a booking is made if necessary. We are not liable for changes or errors made by third party travel suppliers.
7. Responsibility and Scope of Practice
• 3 Girls Travel Adventures acts solely as an independent agent for travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour companies.
• Sherrie Ellsworth will provide assistance to the best of her abilities and within the scope of practice as a certified travel advisor. Guidance, recommendations, and support are offered based on professional knowledge, supplier relationships, and available information at the time of booking.
• We assume no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or disruption due to actions or negligence of third party providers. Weather or Natural Disasters.
8. Use of Website
• Unauthorized use of this website or its content may result in legal action.
